South Asia: Weather hampers aid effort

Three days after the South Asian earthquake, heavy rain is is making aid efforts in Pakistan more difficult than necessary.

Roads have been blocked by fresh landslides and helicopter flights had to be briefly halted.

Some people in remote parts of Pakistan and India have received no aid, and there is growing anger among survivors.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz says 23,000 people have died in the country, correcting earlier reports of a figure of 33,000.
