Wednesday June the 12th British body language expert Daneel Foyer will give you an intensive introduction to advanced non-verbal communication.
While workplace conflicts end in intellectual disagreements and verbal arguments, most begin as misunderstandings of non-verbal communication. Simply standing too close or too far away can create a lifelong dislike. Rather than managing conflicts, most can be avoided entirely by educating coworkers in
how body language customs like personal space and eye contact vary between people.
